How long does it take for my backdrop to be processed?

• Our backdrops are processed and dispatched within 48 business hours*  ( Vinyl Backdrops and Board Backdrops will take longer to be dispatched. )

How long will it take my background to arrive?

• Our average postal delivery time is 2 – 6 working days for order.
• Kindly note that for Vinyl Photography Backdrops – Making and delivery time can sometimes be longer, around 1-2 weeks. The quality is top notch so its worth the wait. 
• For photography boards – delivery time is 1 week, In case of customisation it can take upto 1-2 weeks. We appreciate your patience.
• For Delhi NCR customers delivery time is shorter and faster, even same day delivery service is available via Porter ( customer has to pay the delivery charges for same day delivery. )
• In case you want delivery on a specific date or urgent basis you need to get in contact with our team on Instagram regarding the same.

Can i update my postage address after already making my purchase?

• We are able to update your address if your order hasn’t been dispatched already. Please contact us immediately if you require it to be changed and to avoid your parcel been sent to the incorrect address.
